- 与车间其他岗位人员协作，确保维修进度与质量。
- 维护保养维修工具，确保工作环境清洁和设备的正常使用。
- 遵守公司各项安全规定，确保工作过程中的安全。

JobRequirements:

- Skills:
- Proficient in repairing, maintaining, and customizing truck bodies.
- Ability to repair or replace damaged panels, doors, and frames of truck bodies.
- Experience with welding, cutting, grinding, and metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with materials such as steel, aluminum, and composite materials used in truck bodies.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control in vehicle bodywork.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Physical Requirements: Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy parts and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certification in truck body repair or welding is a plus but not required.
JobResponsibilities:
- Perform body repairs, panel replacements, and welding on damaged truck bodies.
- Fabricate custom parts and modify truck bodies according to customer specifications.
- Perform structural repairs and reinforcements on truck frames and chassis.
- Use specialized equipment to align and straighten truck bodies and frames.
- Inspect truck bodies for damage, corrosion, and wear, and provide appropriate repairs.
- Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members, including mechanics and welders, to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
