Times Education is an organisation managing six (6) Colleges across Sydney and Brisbane, in VET and ELICOS with a focus on international students. The overall purpose of the successful candidate is to not only increase the volume, quality and diversity of students in our Colleges, but to also be available to travel overseas on a regular basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join our Brisbane location.
As a Marketing Officer, you will spend the majority of your time in the field with the Marketing Manager developing and cultivating prospects, moving them through the sales process and closing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with agents - be the Brand Ambassador
* Recruit students for the colleges
* Proposing, presenting and engaging in onshore and offshore promotional sales and marketing activities
Key Selection Criteria:
* Have sales and marketing experience (VET industry will be favourably looked upon)
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Have sales personality and drive
* Well presented
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work with diverse cultures
* Understanding of marketing automation, communications, e-marketing, public relations, branding, lead generation
MUST be able to speak Mandarin and English.
MUST reside in Brisbane QLD
Background experience in an education industry desirable.
