The room is available now, the apartment located in the heart of the Gold Coast, close to everything. 3 mins walk to bus stations, 5 mins walk to famous Charis Seafood, 10 mins drive to Australia Fair shopping center or Harbour Town.
You can also have access to the gym, pool, spa, and BBQ area within the building.
Bathroom and toilet is shared with 2 guys.

You will be sharing the house with 2 guys and a couple. We are from 26-30 years old. We are all working full time so you will not meet us during day time. We are quiet, clean and tidy, and we hope to have a flatmate that is also clean and tidy.
We are happy to have a chat or a beer or play PS4 together after work but also respect your personal space if you want time for your own.
