注册移民代理(Registered Migration Agent)可以签署一份声明，证明申请人的材料是完全的，移民局会优先考虑这些申请人，并在最快时间内做出审批。
建议急等着485批下来才能申请PR的朋友们考虑让你的Agent帮你签一份这个声明。

Trial Processing System for decision-ready Subclass 485 visa applications
In order to speed up the processing of Subclass 485 visa applications, and to assist applicants who currently cannot lodge a further General Skilled Migration visa application until the 485 is granted, the Brisbane Skilled Processing Centre (BSPC) is trialling a system whereby you as the registered migration agent can sign a declaration that you have lodged a complete application, or that you are lodging a complete application.
This declaration is to advise BSPC that they may immediately decide the application as each and every required document has been lodged. BSPC will then process the application.
