工作职责：

根据生产需求和技术图纸，完成各类产品的焊接工作。
检查焊接材料，确保焊接质量符合标准。
熟练操作焊接设备，并对设备进行日常维护。
及时处理焊接过程中出现的问题，保证生产进度。
严格遵守安全操作规程，确保工作环境安全。

薪资待遇：

JobRequirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; welding-related training or certification is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of welding experience; experience with MIG, TIG, or arc welding is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Ability to use welding equipment and tools (e.g., welding machines, cutting tools, grinders).
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and materials.
- Experience with welding on various metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Ability to inspect and ensure the quality of welding joints and finishes.
Physical Requirements: Good physical health and stamina; ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Certifications: Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent) preferred.

JobResponsibilities:

Perform welding tasks according to project requirements and technical drawings.
Operate welding machines, cutting tools, and other related equipment to weld, cut, and shape metal parts.
Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during welding operations.
Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
