We're on the hunt for our next eCommerce & Marketing specialist superstar! Key Responsibilities include: - Maintaining the online product catalog and site merchandising of products and offers.
- Drive website traffic and enhance conversion via digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, SEM, email strategy.
- Carry out a weekly and/or daily, site audit to ensure that all pages are relevant and act on any pages/product/content that needs changing.
- Coordinate the creation and upload of all our websites’ content i.e. homepages, landing pages, content pages and banners.
- Ensure all written content adheres to SEO best practices for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic patterns, user behaviour, and conversion rates using Google Analytics.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Any other ad hoc marketing requirements
Qualifications & Skills - 2+ years of experience in CMS and Email Marketing.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to the detail
- Ability to use web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Innovative thinker in operating both in a strategic capacity and hands-on execution.
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
