An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Property Manager to manage 70 apartments complex in kangaroo point QLD. This role would ideally suit a highly driven and motivated individual with a minimum of a 1-year of experience in a similar role.

Your duties will include:

·        Manage a small portfolio of 70 properties

·        Advertise available properties and hold inspections for prospective tenants

·        Conduct entry, routine and exit inspections

·        Manage rent arrears daily

·        Issue proper notices pursuant to the laws and authorities;

·        Managing and assisting with maintenance requests

·        Preparation of paperwork including leasing documentation

·        Communicate and provide accurate feedback to landlords and tenants about their property;

·        Preparation, lodgement and attendance of Tribunal claims on behalf of Clients;

·        Some caretaker duties

To be successful, you must be:

·        Experienced in a property management role for over 1 year;

·        Very good English communication skills in both verbal and written forms;

·        Holder of a current QLD real estate agent license or certificate;

·        Familiar with property management software: REI Master or other trust accounting software

·        Confident in problem-solving and dispute resolution;

·        This 20 hours of work per week is flexible to the right candidate.

·        Hourly rate is $25 above based on experience
