Key Responsibilities · Verifying information provided by customers inorder to assess and confirm repayment arrangements of hardship strategies. · Completing notices for both approved anddeclined applications and advising customers by phone and confirming responsein writing where applicable. · Using your excellent communication skills toassist & educate our customers.
