求助：go card刷错了怎么办？

去translink官网注册一个帐号。登录后有个地方可以claim回多收的费用。他们刷卡机时不时抽风，我每个月都要claim一两次。

it treats it as you did a zone 5 trip. worst case. so you get charged as a 5 zone trip.

so that's why it's always important and to remember to swipe off.

if you are travelling from zone 6+ it's better not to swipe off since it's cheaper.
