The Role

We are looking for a permanent Full –Time Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional Restaurant Experience to our customers. You require developing your team for achieving restaurant results and striving for success, whilst maintaining a strong focuson profitability and consistently high standards of food preparation and service.

Role Vacancy:

One role available

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily running and take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
  
• Train, lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver the highest possible restaurant standards;
  
• Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare petty cash;
  
• Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations, communicate with clients for queries and complaints;
  
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
  
• Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
  
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales;
  
• Complete and maintain all administration tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Knowledge and understanding of food and beverage concepts
  
• Relevant Hospitality Diploma, or at least three years relevant work experience
  
• Strong work ethic;
  
• Great customer service and communication skills;
  
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile.
  
  

Salary and Benefits:

• Up to $55,000 per year, plus super
