Established in2012, Goldwin Holdings Pty Ltd is a company specializing in construction anddevelopment project management. Goldwin Holdings Pty Ltd is part of LUX Investment Holdings. A groupproviding development, project management, property management, architectural,and real estate related services.
Due to continued growth andexpansion, Goldwin is seeking anadministration assistant on a full time basis.

Responsibilities will include:
·        Greet,announce & direct company visitors
·        Answeringall incoming calls /email enquiries in a professional manner
·        Generalassistance to the Business Manager and other staff including coordinating meetings and events, maildistribution, filing and archiving
·        Completemeeting preparations and take minutes.
·        Assistingin preparation of relevant company contracts, including compiling proposaldocuments, downloading request for tenders, coordinating response informationand preparing and submitting final documents.
·        Creatingor update records with new files and information
·        Sort orclassify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, orchronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
·        Placematerials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, ordrawers, according to classification and identification information.
·        Provideaccount assistance to the company accountant
·        Establishingand maintaining effective administrative support procedures
·        Miscellaneousadministrative and financial duties

Essential to your successwith us is:
·        Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence ofexceptional ability
·        Knowledge of the Construction and/orEngineering industries would be prefer
·        Intermediateto advanced skills in Microsoft applications (including MS Word, MS Excel andMS PowerPoint)
·        Experienceusing CAD program an advantage
·        Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your time
·        Confidenceto take control and ensure the office is being managed efficiently
·        Abilityto positively impact & promote a harmonious workplace
·        Punctual,reliable and strong commitment to work
·        Teamwork sprit
