PA / Intern (Live-In Position)
A property development executive and consultant is seeking an intern to help sort out the project files and assist
in general administration. Due to a recent accident, the CEO is currently working from a home office in Kooralbyn.
The position is ideal for someone that wants to gain experience in office procedures and real estate including marketing.
Opportunity to also be involved in sales & marketing of Australian properties to buyers in China.
The intensive internship initially will be for 3 months only; after that a permanent position with good salary would be offered to the intern.
During internship, a furnished room, all meals, internet, and transportation would be provided by the Company at Kooralbyn.
It is expected that the company would reallocate the office either to Sunnybank or to the Gold Coast in the near future.
The position would suit a new graduate or a person seeking experience. Can assist with Visa sponsorship if required.
Good attitude, good manners, and pleasant personality are essential qualities.
