Job description - Prepare ingredients and food for your section
- Cooking, plating and presentation
- Food quality control and maintain timeliness
- Managing stock levels
- Ensure food and stock and hygiene standards are met in line with health regulations
- Cleaning, washing and closing.
Responsibilities and requirements - Experience in Chinese wok cooking
- Having Stir fried, fried rice and deep fried skills
- Speak English is a MUST
- Positive food delivery and attitude
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Monitors food quality.
- Work closely & coordination with the restaurant service team
- Able to estimate and do ordering of ingredients
- Maintain excellent hygiene in work space
- Must be flexible and willing to work reasonable additional hours when required.
- Ensure sanitation practices and implements kitchen safety standard
- Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
- Working Hours: follow trading hours
Lunch 11.00 am-2.30 pm Tuesday-Saturday Dinner 4.00 pm-9.00 pm Tuesday-Sunday
