More than that, we strive to be a place for the community, bringing people together to shop, discover, win and learn across our growing number of stores throughout Southeast Queensland.

We're on the hunt for our next eCommerce & Marketing specialist superstar!

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the online product catalog and site merchandising of products and offers.
Drive website traffic and enhance conversion via digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, SEM, email strategy.
Carry out a weekly and/or daily, site audit to ensure that all pages are relevant and act on any pages/product/content that needs changing.
Coordinate the creation and upload of all our websites’ content i.e. homepages, landing pages, content pages and banners.
Ensure all written content adheres to SEO best practices for improved search engine visibility.
Monitor and analyse website traffic patterns, user behaviour, and conversion rates using Google Analytics.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Any other ad hoc marketing requirements

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in CMS and Email Marketing.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to the detail
Ability to use web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience
Innovative thinker in operating both in a strategic capacity and hands-on execution.
Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
