Restaurant Manager - Bellygood Asian Cuisine Specialist Restaurant, Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, QLD
The Role We are looking for a permanent Full –Time Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional Restaurant Experience to our customers. You require developing your team for achieving restaurant results and striving for success, whilst maintaining a strong focuson profitability and consistently high standards of food preparation and service.
Role Vacancy: One role available
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily running and take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
- Train, lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver the highest possible restaurant standards;
- Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare petty cash;
- Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations, communicate with clients for queries and complaints;
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
- Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales;
- Complete and maintain all administration tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge and understanding of food and beverage concepts
- Relevant Hospitality Diploma, or at least three years relevant work experience
- Strong work ethic;
- Great customer service and communication skills;
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to $55,000 per year, plus super
