华大基因澳大利亚区域公司招聘一位实验室物流行政岗位，要求如下：

Your duties as Logistics Administrator include but are not limited to the following:

· Responsible for the docking with overseas warehouses, operation, training, post-supervision and other related work.

· Responsible for the monitoring of warehouse inbound and outbound operations and system processing, and responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of key business data of the warehouse.

· Comply with the relevant operational procedures, management system and operation specifications of the headquarters centre for warehouse management.

· Managing System and warehouse operation SOP specification, including warehouse inbound and outbound accounts timeliness, accuracy, system timeliness and warehouse personnel daily clearing and closing.

· Proactive monitoring of warehouse operations related to key business indicators data (timely pick-up, daily clearance, inventory accuracy, cargo loss and cargo difference rate, etc.), identify and prevent problems, find optimization points and promote the implementation of optimization.

· Sample and reagents logistics management, including import and export document preparation, logistics tracking and confirmation of sign-off sheets, external warehouse inventory check and etc.

· Laboratory supplier maintenance, and cooperate with headquarters for new reagents equipment maintenance, and equipment and reagents procurement.

· Process invoice, respond to general correspondence and organize group activities.

· Manage general office administration, reception, and associated support services.

· Other tasks as assigned by the leader.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management, international trade, information management or biology.

· Previous experience in logistics and warehousing, management experience, pharmaceutical and cold chain logistics or warehousing experience is a plus.

· Skilled in using mainstream ERP, WMS system, can easily get started with the relevant business systems to carry out work.

· Good logical thinking ability, cross-departmental communication and coordination ability.

· Good sense of teamwork and proactive work.

· Proficient in English and Mandarin
