You will work within the property management team to assist in providing first class service to our large client base. This is a role with extensive opportunities for progression and career development across the business.
The Role:
Answering calls, greeting clients and handling general enquiries
Chinese speaking - requirement
Liaise with overseas owners in Chinese
Scanning, emailing & filing
Processing mail
Provide support to our property management team
General administration duties
Full time position: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (no weekends)
Full training provided
About You:
Must speak excellent Chinese & English
Previous reception experience (desirable, however training will be provided)
A professional attitude
Excellent customer services skills
Immaculate presentation
General computer skills
Confidence & exceptional telephone manner
Be reliable, proactive, punctual, driven, positive and hard working
